Once sold, the products can only be exchanged and replaced.
If the size is incorrect or the product is damaged, please write to us at email@example.com, within 7 days, with your order number, full name, address and the size change that you require. In case the product is damaged, please share images of the damaged product and our customer service team will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days to guide you through the exchange process.
We request that you help them with the details that they ask for in order to make the return process easier.

Products that have been customized as per clients' requirements will not be eligible for exchange.
Used and damaged products are not eligible for exchange.
Footwear is not eligible for exchange.
The shipping charges would be borne by you while returning the product to us.
Radhey's Couture reserves the right to refuse a return of a product purchased if the product is not received in its original condition, or if it's damaged or has been found to be used.
All return information should be brought to our notice within 7 days from the date of delivery and sent back to us within 7 days of complaint raised.
We request you to send the invoice as well as the other documents related to the order while returning the product.
As a part of our standard return/exchange policy, Radhey's does not offer exchanges or return on products in sizes 4XL and 5XL.
We also do not provide exchange or returns on customised products across all sizes.
